Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced that shareholders of Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (NYSE: IAE) (“IAE Fund”) and Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (NYSE: IHD) (“IHD Fund,” and together with IAE Fund, the “Target Funds”) approved the reorganization of each Target Fund with and into Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund (“MM EME Fund” or the “Surviving Fund”) (each, a “Reorganization” and together, the “Reorganizations”) at a combined special meeting of shareholders held on September 28, 2026. Subject to the satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions, the Reorganizations are expected to be completed after the close of business on October 16, 2026. The Reorganizations are not contingent upon one another. To facilitate the Reorganizations, shares of the Target Funds will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange as of market close on October 13, 2026.
