BlackRock Advisors, LLC announced that, at shareholder meetings held on October 15, 2025 and November 20, 2025, shareholders of each of the closed-end funds named below (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) have approved the following reorganizations or mergers, as applicable (each, a “Reorganization” and collectively, the “Reorganizations”). It is currently expected that the Reorganizations will be completed in February 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Reorganizations, if completed, would occur based on the relative net asset values of each Fund’s common shares at the time of the applicable Reorganization. The Reorganizations are expected to be non-taxable events.
