The previously proposed reorganizations of BlackRock Virginia Municipal Bond Trust (BHV) and BlackRock MuniYield Pennsylvania Quality Fund (MPA) with and into MQY will not take place as the vote requirement was not achieved for BHV or MPA. Therefore, BHV and MPA will continue to operate as standalone fund.
